Refund policy

We have a two week cancellation policy, which means you have 10 working days after requesting your item to request a cancellation of services and a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your requested service should not have already been activated. If the service has already been activated, Talanos will attempt to refund you the unused portion of your fees on a pro-rata basis, should such unused portion exist.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
